Saturday Night Live was so bad last night I couldn’t even watch it for more than ninety minutes. It should be called Saturday Night Dead because of how much they were dying up there making so-called jokes which nobody liked. Some members of the fake news liked it, but they don’t count. Also, lots of people in the show should have dead careers and they should be grateful that’s the only dead thing about them.
Speaking of dead, the cold open was totally wrong. Steve Bannon does not look like death. If anyone looks like death, it’s Kellyanne Conway, but it’s okay to say that because she doesn’t read this and if she did she’d find a way to turn it into a compliment. And they showed the President of Mexico as being way smarter than he is. He will be paying for the wall, I can tell you that much, and I will tell you why in a later post.
Melissa McCarthy is dead to me. Sure she lost weight, good for her, but she also lost any sense of respect she might have had before. Sean Spicer is not bad at his job. He is great at his job, which is providing business to the gum industry and making his boss look like a master word-user in comparison. Also, once all the jobs go back to America, podiums will be made of solid wood again and not some flimsy paper stuff Melissa McCarthy can carry around and pretend to threaten people with.
The David Ortiz part was also terrible. First of all, people say he was a cheater who maybe used steroids, and I don’t like cheaters. Also, he was in Major League Baseball for almost twenty years, taking an American job, and then he goes on TV talking about a bunch of food that doesn’t sound American to me. Global warming may be a hoax, but it’s still not cold enough to get penguins in America. Finally, he knows nothing about advertising. The small scissor industry is far too yuge to just mention little scissors. That would be like saying hotels are nice and expecting lots of people to show up at Trump Tower and pay however much it takes to stay there. Maybe that’s how it should be, but it’s just not how things are in reality.
In conclusion, those sketches were bad, the Family Feud sketch was not good, Kristen Stewart was terrible, and the skits I can’t remember were also awful because the show is awful. One out of four stars, will not watch again for at least a week or two.
